The grand old lady in our house is Sunshine.
She was born in 96 and has done well in the show ring, but one tends to forget what happened years ago.

In 1998 she got her championship the day she was 2 years old from Jackie Jackson, South Africa and she was
BIS-3 at the Norwegian Sighthound club Specialty
She was Best Bitch and BIS 2 at the Norwegian Deerhound Specialty, judge Arne Foss,
had some nice group placements and was
Top Deerhound in Norway 1998.
She continued showing well in 99 with good placements at the Deerhound Specialties in Norway and Sweden,
and she also won the Group in Oslo at N.R.C. , judge Mario Perricone, Italy.
Sunshine was again Top Deerhound in Norway in 1999.
She had puppies in 2000 and then I continued to only show her at the Norwegian Specialties, where she did very well.
In 2001 she was BIS R, Judge Nenne Runsten, Sweden.
In 2002 she was BIS 4

In 2004 she amazed us all going BIS, 8 years old

In 2005, at the age of 9, she was again BOB and BIS 3 judge Birgit Wamberg, Denmark.
In 2006 I only showed her at the Norwegian Sighthound Club’s Specialties at Lillehammer.
At the age of 10 she was Best Bitch 3 in the breed and BIS 3 veteran at the Sighthound Specialty, judge Angela Randall, England, and the next day she was BB 2 and BIS Veteran at the Breed Special CC show, judge Barbka Novak,Slovenia
